Our Farm
Our farm was born of a desire to make a positive impact on the environment, local region, and, of course, a love of oysters. Located in Great Bay at the mouth of the Mullica River, we want to connect our South Jersey community to sustainable food sources and drive a deeper connection to the oceanic ecosystem. A family and friend run farm, our oysters are truly a labor of Love.

Matt, Founder
Matthew Matusky has always loved the ocean. A graduate of Rutgers’ School of Environmental and Biological Sciences, he knew a 9-5 job wasn’t for him. He founded Love Oysters to connect South Jersey to local food sources, and to create a positive impact on the environment. When not on the farm, you’ll find him in the nautical aisle at Home Goods.
