Love Oysters was born of a desire to make a positive impact on the environment, local region, and honor the history of aquaculture in New Jersey. Located in Great Bay at the mouth of the Mullica River, we connect our South Jersey community to sustainable food sources to drive a deeper connection to the oceanic ecosystem. A family and friend run farm, our oysters are truly a labor of Love.

Matt, Founder
Matthew Matusky has always loved the ocean. A graduate of Rutgers’ School of Environmental and Biological Sciences, he knew a 9-5 job wasn’t for him. He founded Love Oysters out of a deep respect for the ocean and a desire to connect people with local food. When not on the farm, you’ll find him in the nautical aisle at Home Goods.
